Rates vary based on the season and day of the week. What you see is what you get. There are no extra cleaning fees, service fees, amenity fees or guest fees.
To find the rates for the nights you are interested in, click the 'Book Now' button on the upper right of your screen. Then, enter your desired arrival and departure dates and number of guests. The rates for those nights will be displayed on the screen.
Note that a $350 security deposit will be held for all bookings. It is charged 2 days prior to check in and released 4 days after check out.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
