The Overlook Inn can accommodate up to 12 guests (max of 10 adults). Summer amenities passes can be provided for up to 10 guests. Children under 5 do not require a pass.

Detailed pricing will appear once you have selected your dates. Credit card charges will appear as 'KTL Properties'.  You will be charged 50% up front and 50% 30 days prior to your arrival.
